BOOKING POLICY
A patch test is mandatory at our salon and we take it very seriously. If you are a new client, receiving a new treatment or if you have not visited us in the past 3 months. Please feel free to pop in at any time for a patch test in-between our opening hours.
24 hours notice is required for cancelling/rescheduling your appointments. We send 48 hour reminder texts to confirm, reschedule or cancel. Failure to give notice or not attending will result in a 50% cancellation fee before any further treatments are carried out .
We understand that in some circumstances you may run late for your appointment. If this is something that happens to you we ask that you can kindly contact us on 01788 575555 in order for us to help accommodate you. Please be aware due to other appointments we can only usually allow for 5 minutes lateness.
